Cons (-) Even though we called ahead to check our reservation, when we arrived the front desk said they overbooked and we would have to go to hotel next door.
Pros (+) Staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful, really going out of their way to help this mom traveling solo with 2 young kids. Greatly appreciated!
