Pros (+) The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and housekeeping checked in every morning to make sure we were comfortable! The views were amazing. And we were close to everything!

Cons (-) Disrepair. Dirty. Junk laying around. Linens stained, carpet threadbare, towels thin and torn. Obvious leak in bathroom ceiling, stained shower curtain.

Cons (-) Facility is ready for the bulldozer. Great location but has received no owner maintenance for a long time. It is literally falling apart. Pool is empty and structurally unsound. Sandstone steps loose in places and are a hazard. Towels threadbare and stained beyond recovery. Junk laying around everywhere. The Estes Park Health Department should shut this place down.
