Pros (+) Location is good, bars are nearby. and this hotel is central to tourist location. It is quite a walk to the cruise ships though.
Cons (-) Some rooms were updated and other not so good. The beds are very soft and can cause problems for people who have back can't sleep on soft beds. My AC unit was leaking water onto the carpet. Another's bathroom really smelled bad.

Pros (+) It was close to all the shops, but still yo the side so not to get all the traffic. 1 block away from the tourist hot spots/shopping/bars/food. Own parking lot. SECURITY 24hrs. ENGLISH speaking staff.
Cons (-) Well you get what you pay for. Thin walls. Thin mattress. The hotel staff wasn't as friendly and inviting although I do speak spanish. Parking spots very small and not too many (about 20-30) furniture old but did have a flat screen tv.

Pros (+) The price was great the first night. I went in a hurry to mexico . Thank god they had rooms. Location is great. There's a Starbucks across the street.
Cons (-) The room smelled bad. The bed was uncomfortable. I stayed with my cousin and they gave us free breakfast coupon for one person. It's was cold. Not staying there again.

Pros (+) Room was large and had a great street view. Pillows were very nice and bedding was clean.
Cons (-) TV didn't work very well, all Spanish channels. No water pressure in sink or shower and hot water was non existant. Bathroom floor and shower had paint chips all over and also hair. Charge $100 deposit for second room key for my wife. No clock in room and free WiFi only worked if.in the lobby. Employees were okay but not very helpful or friendly. Next time I'll go back to Hotel Villa Fontana a few...

Pros (+) Loved the price and the location of the hotel. We where in walking distance to pretty much everything. The rooms where clean and neat. The inside parking was also great, one less thing to worry about. I will be going back to this hotel in the future.
Cons (-) TV was very limited on the channels. I wish they had a small fridge and a microwave that would have topped this stay at Santo Tomas!
