Pros (+) Great convenient location near the train station bus station, Carlton hill, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Offers 30min of wifi per device. For additional time you have to purchase which was not clear at the time of booking. Have to go to reception desk for a hair dryer. Shampoo/body shampoo was not great quality.
