Cons (-) I had the parking package. Shuttle to/from airport was included in price. When I returned from my trip I was told shuttle service had ended for the day.

Cons (-) The air-conditioning system was very noisy and when I try to open the window the system broke down. I found it expensive for what it is...
Pros (+) We really liked the proximity from I-40 and also convenient from I-85. The free breakfast was great. The room was clean. Parking lot was well lit and it was just a great place to stay for the price!
Pros (+) The bed was comfortable to my back . The service was great! The staff asked if it was anything they could do to make my our stay better just let them know. I thought that was a nice gesture.
Cons (-) The only thing i didn't like was when we were leaving around noon a cleaning crew were mopping and I thought that was dangerous to the custoners.
