Pros (+) Proximity to canal park and downtown. Our view was good.
Cons (-) Needs a major facelift and cleaning! Our room smelled of smoke. The restaurant upstairs is really lacking and old. Needs new chef and cocktail selection. Was a let down and overpriced.
