Cons: I have only positive things to communicate. They can keep up the great work. Great food options, great concierge, guest services, housekeeping, food services.....blessings to you all!

Cons: When I arrived at 10AM, there was no room ready (understandable), but when I returned in the afternoon, I was shown to a room with a worker working on scaffolding directly outside my window. The second room was fine, but I was disappointed that the clerk had initially no problem assuming he could leave us in a room where we could all wave to a worker!

Cons: Overpriced a bit for what you get. Had to call to have room made up after being out from 9:30-3:0 during the day... I guess someone just forgot.

Cons: Walls are thin. Heard many conversations from next room. Also Oly's Restaurant is mediocre. Acceptable if you're too knackered to go out.

Cons: the only downfall was that we couldn't get breakfast in bed the next morning but other than that no problems

Cons: There was no AC. In order to open the window to get a slight breeze, the blinds had to be open facing a building with bright lights.

Cons: Once when I left my room early in the morning and returned around noon my room wasn't tidy, so after that I always put the "Tidy My Room" sign when I left my room. This is not that much bad but I expected it.

Cons: For the price, you can do better in Dublin. Had to ask for toothbrush, tooth paste, bottled water. I feel like those are pretty standard, though maybe that's not typical in Dublin.

Cons: The worst beds . The hotel needs to invest in new mattresses. The staff were kind enough to change our room but the beds weren't any better.

Cons: Rooms are not sound-proofed but the hotel supplies you with ear-plugs which block the noises from the area’s night-life activities (especially during the weekend).

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

Cons: A bit noisy as hotel is under renovation, but unless you spend the day at hotel they make sure to minimize disturbance to guests (didn't make noise before 10am during my stay).

Cons: we booked a deluxe double room and paid £400 for 2 nights room only and the room we were given i wouldn't have stayed in for half the price, it was shockingly small, had a double bed and a single bed at the end of it that you had to climb over to get to the other side of the double, it was horrendous. we were moved to another room which was much better but no where near the standard i expected. I would have put it at a decent standard room, no where near a deluxe room. It was super noisy at night but you do expect that and the complimentary ear plugs came in very handy so that was fine but still very disappointed in the room.

Cons: Front desk staff always seemed busy giving tourist info to guests ahead of me. Weird how you must pass the desk to get to your room. Felt like you are passing a panel of judges, though theyvare friendly. I think they should have an irish accented greeter because the staff here sounded like any nice hotel in san francisco where I am from.

Cons: The bar as good as it is, a bit of a tourist trap... It shouldn't be €5-6 for a pint... The rooms were hot as hell, the window barely opened and only at the end of stay did we find out we could request a fan... Not much else to complain about.

Cons: The only things that I can complain about is the fact that the laundry room often has a line waiting because the dryers take too long to dry. Just for one load it can take up to two to three hours before your clothes become dry, but even then they may not be dry and this leaves people will still be waiting to take their turn while their clothespecially sit soaking wet. Also the bar could be open later.

Cons: Upon arrival, the staff was more concerned with being cool than with being courteous. Morning staff was much better. What rubbed me the wrong way about this place is that they fail to provide any kind of secure storage for even the smallest of items. There are lock boxes under the beds, but require you bring your own padlock or pay a ridiculous amount of money to use the luggage storage in the basement. Plan ahead or snuggle your valuables. Also, no outside food is allowed. Strange for a hostel. The reason given is that plenty of food is available on site for purchase. Most things on the menu were expensive for a backpacker. The restaurants and supermarket across the way are the best options. Also, the provided shower gel dispenser is always empty and make sure you double check the toilet paper before you sit down. This place clearly has its eye on being trendy to attract the young, party crowd. It’s nothing similar to what backpackers are used to from every other hostel on the planet and fails to provide the community experience and chance to meet new people that solo travelers look for. Considering the price isn’t even on the lower end, there are better places in Dublin.

Cons: Beds were comfortable but creaked. Every time you turned or moved, the whole bed would creak and move. Also it was very hot at night due to having a very small window in the room.

Cons: I can’t say too much here since it IS a hostel, but the walls and doors are very thin and you can hear the loud, drunk patrons coming in all night. It made for a good daytime nap, but not the best nights sleep.

Cons: Staff were really unhelpful and made my stay somewhat negative.

Cons: The regular rooms were very small and cramped and windowless.

Cons: Wi-Fi not available in all rooms, so they recommend all guests go to lobby to use wi-fi, which does bring a community feel, but still inconvenient not having it in all rooms. Breakfast could start a little earlier for travelers who have early morning flights or plans. Nightly movie advertised, but not available Sauna available for only 3 hours, 1 for females only, 1 coed, 1 for males only. It was a little uncomfortable having just one naked old man in the sauna when I arrived, so I turned around and left.
