Pros (+) Nothing. I hated everything from the area, to the decor
Cons (-) Sleazy place in a drug filled slum. People yelling and doing drugs right under my window, the bed spread was from the 1990's and it was the freshest part of the room. Stay away if you aren't a young drug user. Sleazy desk clerks, lumpy mattresses and an air of neglect all made it horrible
