Lovely hotel with big clean rooms. Not cheap at all, but considering the season and the amenities, it was great. They placed us in a part of the building with privacy, we had a 3mo old baby and a 10yr old.

Pros (+) Location was great. Staff at the front desk were great and were generally willing to help where they could.
Cons (-) Cleanliness was on par with other similar hotel brands. During some of the heavier storms common for the area, the parking garage will flood with 3-4 inches of standing water (which was quite a bit unpleasant if you needed to grab your vehicle; think yucky grime). They only had one pump and would suggest that if this is a semi common occurrence, additional pumps ought to be used.
Pros (+) Location and price were great, as was Kelsey. She was fantastic!! Also, best breakfast I have ever enjoyed at a hotel... ever.
Cons (-) A lady that worked evenings was absolutely horrible. Smell in the bathroom was nasty. Sounds from other floors flushing was scary. I had to go to a separate floor and separate elevator to get a baggage trolley.
Pros (+) The hotel was very nice, and the staff even nicer. They were extremely accommodating, ensuring that we were given a very quiet room, since we were travelling with 2 little children. Cons (-) There was some major construction underway, but they did their best to reduce the impact to guests. It really only impacted the parking availability, but even that seemed to always work out. I can see how parking might get short on the weekends though.

Pros (+) For the price, I expected more luxury but it was just an average hotel. Clean and nice, but average. I liked the fact that it was pet friendly and enjoyed seeing all the fury guests. It is also a great location; close to the Bay and ocean and many nice restaurants.

Pros (+) Breakfast and the king bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The air conitioning leaked the whole time and are floor was wet from it. Also parking was not that great.
