Pros (+) Location was in walking distance of the boardwalk and many restaurants.

Pros (+) The only thing to like about this place is the location and that there is a Waffle House in the parking lot.
Cons (-) When we first got to the hotel, we could tell that it was going to be dirty. The parking lot is a wreck and suffers from no upkeep. The lobby had a very musty, awkward smell to it and is very confused in terms of decor. The only thing worth looking at were the fish on the walls. Pros (+) Only thing we liked was location. Dirty, dirty, dirty!
Cons (-) We didn't like the fact that we had to wear shoes inside. Even after a shower, as soon as we walked on carpet our feet turned BLACK. The light above sink kept going out and there weren't enough outlets to turn on lamp that was in room. There were too many appliances plugged into an attached plug in outlet. We came back from beach and maintenance was airing out our room. They said we left coffee po...
