The Space: Please Note: The outdoor pool will be closed from September 3rd, 2024 through March 2025. The indoor pool and beach area will still be available for guest use. The exterior balcony will not be accessible until March 10th, 2025. The condo comfortably sleeps four people by including one king bed and one queen pullout couch with luxury linens. It boasts newly tiled floors, large flat-screen TVs, tasteful coastal decor, and 12th-floor ocean views. Take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We provide you with pots, pans, cooking utensils, a blender, a coffee pot, a toaster, and a microwave so you can enjoy home-cooked meals throughout your stay. Guest Access: Guests will receive the keys to their room at the front desk. The Neighborhood: Offering a private beach along Florida’s Emerald Coast, SunDestin offers spacious apartments with free WiFi and a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a hot tub. A kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and stove is in SunDestin’s air-conditioned apartments. Each comes with a bright decor and a living room including a sofa bed and cable TV with a DVD player. All come with a bathroom and a guest toilet. SunDestin Beach has a spa on site. Guests can also work out in the fitness center or play in the games room. A coin-operated laundry facility is available on each floor. Silver Sands Factory Stores is 4 miles from the resort, and Destin - Fort Walton Beach Airport is 30 minutes' drive away. Free parking is available at SunDestin Beach. Getting Around: Parking for one vehicle is included in your stay and free of charge. You will receive one parking pass to park directly on-site at the time of check-in. For additional parking: you must register it at the front desk. Other Things to Note: - Construction is currently taking place at the SunDestin.
