The location could not have been better. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was very good. Front desk should have told me that hotel has a make-up room by request only,policy and there needed to be more explicit directions on how to operate the television.

Pros (+) Breakfast was great
Cons (-) Booked a "river view" balcony room. When we arrived, we were told they were all occupied and our reservation was not honored. This is the whole reason I picked this hotel over the others.

Pros (+) I just spent the one night, but everything was nice and clean. Also the view of the river was great. I would stay here again.
