Cons (-) Front door had to be slammed to close. It looked like it was broken on top. Back door did not lock. They gave away our room because we were in conference all day and did not get there until around 7:00. It was filthy. There was things on the floor that looked disgusting. Cons (-) Nothing the hotel smell real bad and plus the people that work there is real rude to i was waiting on towels for 2 hours its no parking and the pool is not clean once tou walk into the hotel it smell like dirty clothes and garbage
Cons (-) Our phone didn't have buttons. The balcony door didn't lock. We didn't have actual comforters. They did not input my reservation into the system. Had to pay extra for parking.
Pros (+) The pool area was nice but they supply you with a pool towel the size of a dish towel.
Cons (-) Rooms were old. Elevator was extremely slow. Their stairwell had a musty odor. Parking was horrible. Asked for more towels in our room staff never showed.

Cons (-) The staff was not willing to help and the hotel was falling apart. Literally. We understand it was bike week and spring break so we knew check in was going to take forever but the staff was just awful. While checking in a older man fell down the steps and busted his head wide open and the staff couldn't have cared less.
Pros (+) Very run down. Broken tiles smelly rooms and leaky toilets. Have stayed there in the past. But years have gone by and they have done no work to the property. They have let it go

Pros (+) The location is awesome. Best thing about it is location, pray that both elavators work, and should consider adding tile because of how wet people come into the room.
