Pros (+) Beautiful property with fantastic amenities. Staff is friendly. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. We used Resort Credits to have a romantic private dinner on the and the chef's dinner, both were excellent. The dive op located on site was pretty good as well.
Cons (-) Service in the rooms was inconsistent. We paid more for Concierge level. It was supposed to come with nightly petit fours, but we only received them on a few of the nights. The coffee maker in the room wasn't working the first morning. We managed to fix it, but then they didn't consistently restock the coffee everyday. So I ended up dressing and walking down to the lobby every morning to get coffe...
