Pros (+) Cleanliness, comfortable bed, adequate parking, friendly and helpful front desk, good location, reasonable.
Cons (-) Door wasn't flush with the floor (hinge side was almost an inch above the floor plane), noisy outside in the evening, running feet heard in the room above us for over an hour one evening, heard voices through the walls.

My husband had to hold the shower head out so that I could wash my hair in the shower. The built-in kleenex box cover in the counter kept falling off onto the floor; we finally just removed it to get at the kleenex. The airconditioner was extremely loud. Cons (-) Room wasn't cleaned properly. Broken crackers on the floor and a beer left in the freezer. (Maybe the free beer wasn't so bad).
Pros (+) Great location, nice accommodations, excellent staff. Overall an excellent hotel but we will not be going back.
Cons (-) The walls are paper thin and you could hear our neighbors talking all night! Then in the morning you could here the upstairs kids! We were there two nights and couldn't sleep either night.
Pros (+) The hotel was comfortable, safe & convenient. We were able to walk to "Triangle" for great restaurant options & tried Creamistry ice cream. So close to Newport Beach, that we didn't waste time driving to the beach. So close to John Wayne Airport that we didn't waste time driving to get to airport.
Cons (-) The only thing missing was a free continental breakfast, but the hotel had a restaurant. However, with the quaint Side Street Cafe within walking distance, we had breakfast there.
