As soon as you enter the main door the lobby smelled. The front desk guy was very rude. I tried asking a simple question on why he wanted another card then the one I paid with. He had an attitude with me. On the way ro the room, walls had holes, walls were written on, stairway smelled and had urine. The only guests around looked like drug dealers living there.
We didn't like the staff at the front desk. The building needed light bulbs, to clean the urine, fix the wholes are writing on the walls of the building

The room door was rusted on both sides, the fridge was rusted, the curtains were damaged, the thin mattresses were stained, the box spring was stained and had holes. the worst room I have ever seen and I have seen the inside of jail cells. I have photos of all that I described.
Rate was comparable to others in area, location beat out, other choices
AC was down, Hard beds, thin towels, old carpet, all in all, hotel needs lots pf modernizing..
The view and location was ideal for business conference and local eating/sight seeing. Free yet unsecured parking.
Lights not working. Bed extremely saggy and uncomfortable. Mysterious stains on floors and walls. Peeling paint, wallpaper, fabric. Generally unclean. Roaches. Repeatedly asked for ironing board before got one. No internet for customers as promised and no indication if or when it would be fixed yet front desk staff had locked wifi. Stained sheets. Dirty Needs major renovation
The Bayfront Inn was horrible. There was not hot water and the room smelled like mold. The room was also dirty. Than when I asked for a refund the man at the front desk got belligerent.
