Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean
Cons (-) I was under the impression by the way it looked when i booked that breakfast would be included. It was an additional $9 for the room per day for breakfast. I wasn’t too happy about that because i budgeted accordingly.

Cons (-) The rooms. The bathroom was very small and a bit gross. No room between the door, toilet and shower. There is practically no privacy between the beds and the bathroom.

Pros (+) Price, staff, location were all a huge plus. We had a fridge, but no microwave. Didn’t understand that. Shower head was only able to be in one spot. Didn’t have any moment at all. Took the water about 5 mins to warm up. The water had a STRONG chlorine smell to it. Almost made you gag brushing your teeth. The heater is either hell or heaven. Not really an in between. The rooms had an “older” smell ...

Pros (+) I enjoyed the breakfasts in the morning. The hotel was very clean as well as the rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the best night sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros (+) Proximity to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs excellent. Breakfast buffet very nice with lots of choices for everyone. Room very spacious and comfortable. Outdoor pool small but nice, clean.
Cons (-) Extra large flat screen TV lovely BUT the cable stations came in so terribly that it was totally unwatchable. This was especially true with the childrens' channels which was one of our primary needs for a hotel space. Pay per view available but too expensive considering the premium price paid for the room.. Pros (+) Very good location. Close to restaurants and I-25. Short drive to many local attractions. Very comfortable bed and sitting area. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Bathroom was rather small and our room had an unpleasant odor that Lysol spray could not eliminate.
