Pros (+) The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was mostly cozy. The cleaning lady in the morning was a very sweet Asian woman who was very cordial and kind. The room temp was perfect during our stay and did not have to be adjusted.
Cons (-) When we checked in, the lady that greeted us wasn't very friendly. She wasn't rude, just didn't seem to want to be there. There weren't enough towels in the pool area, so we had to share. The bed was very stiff, which made it slightly difficult to fall asleep. The TV offered very few channels.
