Pros:The bed and pillow were excellent. The stall shower was excellent and the towels were large and fluffy. There was good lighting and also an area where I could prepare coffee in the morning. The desk had two sockets to plug in my devices. The chair was comfortable as well
Cons:The air conditioner did not work properly and the room tended to be warm. The TV control was very complicated and I could not figure out how to use it.
Pros:The room is small but very comfortable. It had a great bed and great pillows. The desk is very functional and easy to plug in multiple devices The Executive Lounge had a nice selection of appetizers in the evening. The breakfast in the main restaurant was excellent. Finally the hotel is located jusrt steps away from the metro and from a bus stop.
Cons:Only two drawers for clothing.
Pros:The hotel is well located on a main street in TianFu. It is a block from the metro station. Opened less than a year ago, it is very well designed and very luxurious. My room was large and comfortable with a good bed, good wifi, and an excellent stall shower. I used the Executive Lounge and the gym, and both were high quality. The staff was excellent as well, especially the guest relations concierge, Allen Li, who remembered me (even my name) from a prior visit and was very attentive to all of my needs.
Cons:The service in the third floor restaurant was very slow. The waiter should have advised us when we ordered that it would take 30 minutes for the food to arrive.
Pros:1. located right above a metro station 2. clean and comfortable rooms 3. excellent breakfast 4. comfortable bed and good pillows 5. very friendly staff in executive lounge 6. good wifi
Cons:furniture and carpeting a bit frayed...in need of a renovation. restaurant understaffed during breakfast hard to get a table during breakfast--very crowded
