Pros (+) A little bit of a mix up with our reservation - room was downgraded. Quickly fixed by the courteous staff. Room was clean and spacious - everything that was advertised.
Cons (-) Confusion on the type of room on the reservation, which led to more confusion on checkout in regards to payment. I was assured when I left that everything was taken care of with my PREPAID room/reservation, but I currently have a pending charge on my credit card from the Holman.
