Pros (+) Very nice service, good breakfast and a comfortable bed.

Cons (-) We chose this hotel based on the availability of a king one bedroom suite. Upon arrival we were told all of those room were sold out and the only option was a king studio which we took after 16 hours on the road. The room we were given was dirty, hair and popcorn on the floors, surfaces had not been wiped and cleaned. We requested another room, the last one in the hotel. While it was cleaner than ...
