Pros (+) Decor, restaurants, location and the shows.
Cons (-) Service is almost inexistent, there’s no room service, no fridge in the room, not even a bottle of water available to drink when the restaurants are closed. Staff from the hotel is rude (specially the manager), unexperienced and always too busy to attend the clients.
