Pros (+) I speak no Spanish, but was treated like a member of the family from the moment I arrived. The neighborhood is fun, beautiful, and a short (<10 minute) walk to the clock tower/walled city in one direction and the Castillo in the other. And as others have described the room below (2018 reviews)
