Pros (+) Updated décor and bright, fresh bathroom. Very spacious. Extremely comfortable bed. Room had absolutely everything one could need.
Cons (-) Clerk at check-in wasn't as helpful as I would have liked. I explained that I was traveling with my 85-year old father and his 83-year old partner and wanted to get them into their room quickly as they were really tired from a long road trip. The clerk had no flexibility to allow me to settle them before dealing with the credit card etc. (as if I would run out and leave 2 octogenarians behind!)
