Pros (+) We had a late evening check-in after a day of sightseeing in Calgary and still had to return our car rental at the airport. Our registration clerk offered to return the car to the rental agency for us. This was service that was unexpected and greatly appreciated, as we were traveling with 2 little boys and had an early flight to catch the next day.
