Pros (+) Staff is amazing- super helpful, kind, responsive, courteous, and they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Cons (-) The hotel taxi staff was a great driver, but we did not like that he kept pushing unwanted additional services (i.e. his connections for "transportation" which consisted of overpriced camel/horses to Pyramids with clearly sick and underfed animals; overpriced boat ride. We kept saying no but he would find other ways to have us pay for additional services.
