Pros (+) The apartment is adorable with a lot or character and it's located in a safer residential area of Brooklyn while still conveniently located to everything you need. A block from the subway, 20 minutes to Manhattan, walking distance to bars and brunch locations, and 10 minutes from the Brooklyn Bridge. It was very private, I never had to see anyone, but they were always available by phone if I neede...

Pros (+) My wife and I stayed in this lovely B&B for a overnight business trip to New York. The charming place offers terrific value for the money. I would stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.
Cons (-) Third floor shower handles were leaking. It is a small issue that does not take away the overall excellent experience while we were there.
