Pros (+) amazing location. 3 minute walk to main street 3 minute walk to ski lift or 30 sec bus ride immediately outside unit. Ski out was awesome - 4'Oclock run was less than 50 yards on flat walk from unit. Was able to ski from the top of Peak 8 all the way to the condo - fantastic! 60" HDTV was awesome for watching March Madness and movies. Very mountain feel to condo with furnishings and decorations. Cons (-) No elevator so not a good option if have any trouble with stairs, although a lower unit (ours was a few flights up) would probably be good for most people. Weak water pressure. One shower drain was slow to drain, but office manager dutifully jotted it down when we left, so hopefully easily fixed.
