Pros (+) The close to the strip location.
Cons (-) Room was filthy. Tons of ants and other bugs. Couldn’t even stay one night. Cost us our vacation as we had to leave and go home. (5 hours away) As it was spring break and there were no other rooms in town available. They refunded us our money and probably rebooked the room out in two seconds, so nothing big there. Pros (+) The curbside appeal is quite nice. They include a basketball court nice landscaping, and overall decor. The room was spacious and overall comfortable.
Cons (-) The breakfast bar was less than what should be available at a hotel of this stature. Cups were challenging to find, the sausage looked under cooked, and while the eating area was well arranged the food area was dirty. The bed was OK. The shower ended up soaking the bathroom floor. I've stayed at nicer Residence Inns across the country.
Pros (+) The location was good. It was right off the yellow route and close to the main drag.
Cons (-) The breakfast was sad. All of the breakfast hostesses with the exception of one acted annoyed when asked any question. The room was a mess and it seemed like nearly half the items needed to be refilled at any given moment even when the room wasn't busy. The coffee was also sub-par.
