Pros (+) The condo is spacious with lanai overlooking small lake. The location is wonderful! Close to restaurants, the beach, Longboat Key and Sarasota
Cons (-) Not sure what bit me while there. Hope it wasn't bed bugs!

Cons (-) Not accepting the jet ski, it's weird being so close to the beach!!!
Pros (+) We stayed a long weekend and enjoyed it. Very nice and big place. Felt like home!
Pros (+) Had lots of sleeping room and it was comfortable. Felt like i was at home.
Cons (-) I noticed there was roaches in the kichen and in the dishwasher. That was a turn off . room 104 building 4535 i beleive 1st building.
