I recently had the displeasure of staying at this establishment, and I can confidently say that it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. If I could give it zero stars, I would. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that something was terribly wrong. First, I was assured that I could leave my vehicle in their parking lot until noon, only to receive a rude wake-up call at 10:55 AM, demanding that I vacate the room immediately and remove my car. The receptionist's attitude was beyond disrespectful, and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. To make matters worse, when I retrieved my car from their so-called "paid parking," I discovered it had been scratched by another vehicle. When I approached the front desk for assistance, they flatly refused to take responsibility and told me it was "not their problem." They wouldn't even bother to check their security cameras, claiming they didn't belong to the hotel. The neighboring car had a matching scratch, and it's a rental, which means I'll be stuck with the bill. The front desk's response? "Email the manager; it's not our concern." This level of apathy and negligence is absolutely inexcusable. I've stayed at many hotels in my life, but I've never encountered such abysmal customer service and a complete lack of responsibility for their guests' well-being. This hotel relies on tourism, but they clearly have no intention of providing the service that guests expect and deserve. In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone considering booking a stay here to think twice. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and potential financial burden. There are far better options out there that actually value their guests and offer the services they advertise. This place should be avoided at all costs.
