Pros (+) Our room had a balcony, had on-site washer and dryer, breakfast was good and the breakfast staff friendly.
Cons (-) No air conditioning so we left the window open at night and we awakened by street construction/trash collection noise early in the morning. The laundry on site is great but is only one person at a time and if someone leaves their stuff then no one can use the washer/dryer so you have to wait around.
