Pros (+) Hotel was in good shape
Cons (-) We were assessed a smoking fee charge. We have two children and have never smoked in our lives. The manager Dylan Griffin had a horrible attitude and did not resolve the issue. She needed to go find "evidence" and after two hours of waiting she found that no report was filed. Really poor poor management. Stay away.

Cons (-) I had 400$ in gift cards which I used at check in time an yet they still charged my CC for 580$ which screwed up my limit an caused us to cut short our stay.. they told me that was standard but how when I payed essentially what's as good as cash for 98% of my hotel fee..yet they chr get my card as if I hadn't paid a dime.. they should have only charged me the difference period. . it ruined my stay...

Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room had a nice view.
Cons (-) No hot tubs, sauna, or shuttles available. If I didn't get such a good deal thru booking.com it would've been too expensive for what it was. Also, the walls in the rooms seemed pretty thin as I could hear the girls in the room next to me talking most of the first night. None of these were a deal breaker and I wouldn't mind staying again in the future.
