Pros (+) It is more than enough for US$ 15-16 for a night (current rate). Easily located in the northern site near the city's attraction. It have a swimming pool, which are shared with the apartment's tenant. (this hotel is inside of an apartment building). I didn't try the breakfast as it is not included in the price, but you can easily find breakfast around the area.
Cons (-) It is really small, you only have space to go around the bed and that is it. There's no window (seriously). You only get one access card (which you need to have to use the elevator). The swimming pool is ok, but most of the gym equipment is broken. though you can always use the weght. There's a basketball court but no balls. And finding the gym is hard as it has no sign. so you kinda have to look ...
