Pros (+) The Initial greeting by the staff was very nice and accomodating.
Cons (-) Had a confirmed reservation for a King Room- was told there were not any. How did I get a CONFIRMED King Room reservation then? I was told and ENCOURAGED to use the shuttle into town (versus UBER) so I told them the address (basically just south of downtown) and then was told the shuttle would pick me up at the Marriot (2 hotels north) not a bad walk really, waited about 20 mins (again NOT the end...

Pros (+) Super clean, super comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again.
Pros (+) Our room was clean, well maintained, and quiet. The rate was affordable overall we received excellent value and service.
Cons (-) We would have preferred that the dining/bar area owned earlier than 5:00 PM.
Pros (+) Great space and location. We had a king bed plus it cake with a pull out couch! Will definitely book the next time and refer to friends. Thanks courtyard!
