Cons (-) Room interior dated. Bathroom poor quality. Breakfast was expensive and poor quality. Although at the end since I complained they did not charge for for one and I did not use for the rest of the days. If I conclude if they were advertising it for a 3 star hotel I would have put my best comments and I would have set my exoectations but for a 5 star, not at all met my expectation.

Pros (+) Most of the staff was helpful and friendly with only a couple exceptions. Located in a safer/nice side of town that is much more quiet. Atm and money exchange available. Nice pool area and great pool staff but not enough sun chairs/space.
Cons (-) The spa wasn't open for all of my four day stay except for one day. The one day they were open they only had massage capabilities available (ie no facials or nail treatments etc) so I went ahead and booked a massage with the only therapist available.
