Pros (+) Bed was comfy and clean; day receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.
Cons (-) Cold water handle in sink did not work properly; black beetle in the bathroom, went down the floor drain; TWO used washcloths from former occupants left in bath; NO ELEVATOR. Not impressed this trip; last stay two years ago.
