Pros (+) For the price paid the we were more than pleasantly surprised with the staff, the cleanliness of the room as well as the breakfast area. The fact they have a bar is extraordinary for a hotel in this price range. The staff was courteous and very helpful. And the location sure aided in our Christmas shopping. My wife and I would definitely stay at the Grandstay again with no hesitation.
Pros (+) Room was spacious, breakfast choices were very good, staff was very friendly, we were allowed to check in early to all 4 of our rooms
Pros (+) Location was perfect for attending the concert at lions park. Near by World of Beer was welcome surprise at walking distance for after show food/drinks.
Cons (-) Pool is small and was crowed so didnt bother using. Lobby bar didnt open till after 4pm.
