Cons (-) The carpeting is raggedy and stained, the sheets were beat up and stained, the furniture and tv were beat up, and even the roaches seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The door didn’t close properly and there was a gap at the bottom that looked like mice chewed their way in. Not to mention several holes in the wall that looked like a bunch of wrestlers were training for the next Summer Slam.
