Pros (+) Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was clean.
Cons (-) They cleared out the gym and bar due to COVID. The pool was cold. Nothing going on.

Cons (-) The staff were not helpful. Asked for some pillows and said they didn't have extra, seems very unlikely. Also, they act like they were the only one at the hotel not willing to help. Basically, customer service needs great improvement.

There was a cockroach in my room and after trying to kill it twice i was successful and put it in a paper cup and brought it to the front desk. I told them what happened and they said they sprayed for bugs two weeks ago but they could spray the hallway again and my room. I asked them not to spray till we checked out in two more days.
