Cons (-) Everything! The sheets had stains, the toilet was broke, woke up to a roach on the floor. Terrible experience, if not for needing a shower we would've slept in the car.

Cons (-) Door was broken. Locks didn’t work. Half the number of towels. Other residents fighting and slamming things against walls. Slamming doors. I think room next door was prostitutes working all night. Men coming & going. Cigarette burns in bed spread. Heater didn’t work. I’ll stop here but could list more issues. Floor “wood” broken/tripping hazard. Etc etc
