Pros (+) Great TV! Sitting area was comfortable, beds were good
Cons (-) No easily accessible power outlet next to the bed, minor thing, but noticeable.
Cons (-) We didn't get to stay there because the roads were closed due to a blizzard, and we didn't get a refund or account credit. Not booking through Kayak or at Hyatt Place again.
Pros (+) Customer service. Each and everyone was friendly and service oriented. Guest rooms. Up to par with Hyatt Place very clean, comfortable and spacious guest rooms. Breakfast. All you can eat with variety. Location. You can not get any closer form Albuquerque Uptown and its great mall. Literally facing the mall entrance.

Cons (-) Price, staff, should have a better breakfast for the overall price ... A nice hotel but I think it's way over priced for a night stay.. Should be priced around 89.99 a night. Not enough parking & kinda freaky parking lot at night, to many places for a person to jump out at you.
