Pros (+) Close to airport and shopping. Clean sheets
Cons (-) Hair in shower and sink. Bathroom floor dirty. One set of towels had hair.
Pros (+) We were visiting to go to a funeral,the bed was made every day and we received clean bath towels and wash cloths daily.
Cons (-) We had ants in the short, bathroom floor and in the sink area floor, housekeeper on cleaned one of the two garbage can which did not help with our ant problems

Pros (+) The price was inexpensive. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was alright. The water in the shower was nice and hot.
Cons (-) It could've been a little cleaner. It wasn't filthy but there were a few things that kind of grossed me out a little. Basic things like surfaces in the bathroom and sink area were not wiped down with a clean cloth. There was little bits of hair here and there on the sink, in the sink, in the shower, on the back of the toilet.
Pros (+) Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful. I noticed they are renovating an entire wing. Hopefully they will put fixtures that will liven up the place, because many of the fittings in the rooms I saw, including the one I stayed in, were looking really "tired". Hopefully, what they are doing now is only the beginning of a face-lift for the entire hotel, it needs it.
Cons (-) The rooms looked a bit rundown, I think just replacing the carpets at reasonable intervals should do the trick and make the rooms smell fresher.

Pros (+) Very well situated near plenty of shopping and restaurants, good complementary breakfast, reliable Wi-Fi, helpful staff (we forgot toothpaste and they gave us a packet of it), convenient parking. There's a pool too, but it was far too cold for us to use it. The fridge, television, and microwave all worked well. Great value overall.
Cons (-) Our smoking room smelt strongly of cigarettes, beyond what's typical, and the tub and some other surfaces were covered in burn marks. There was one burn through one of our sheets. The light fixture in the bathroom was crumbling, the paint on the ceiling was peeling, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned (a used match on the floor, hair in the bed).
