    The hotel is very close to the port and is great if you are coming in on Viking or Ekero lines. Oddly it is a little further afield from the Tallink ferry. It is only about a 10 minute walk to the old city.

    The spa area, while neat seems to primarily be the domain of local and Russian families who stay all day and pretty much hog the best spots.

    SPA - excellent

    Staff - terrible. they couldn't find our reservation. We paid more money then we plan to pay, extra pay - 16 euro per romm without any explanations

    Breakfast

    Small room: the children's bed stood in the room's corridor. Glass wall between a room and a bathroom. A towel didn't change. The door in the bathroom creaked. Fire evacuation was from the hotel: people visiting spa have been expelled on the street in dressing gowns and slippers.
