Superb

Good western breakfast, very comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool and gym. Location is deal if you are flying from SHA airport. PVG is good 70km and 350 CNY away.

I missed a bathtub in the bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent , but the cost was high. Much cheaper to eat at one of the nearby restaurants The cost should be included in the room rate. Location to the Int. Exhibition centre, railway station and airport was great

Disappointed that the swimming pool area didn't have any access to the outside.. The outdoor area of level 3 should be accessible to all residents.

Amazing breakfast, big room, comfy bed and good facilities

This hotel definately surpassed my expectations. Extremely comfortable and clean. Great amenities and overall zero complaint. They even offer free shuttles to the airport. There is no question if you are looking for a good hotel near the airport this is the one. I thought that the price was very cheap for the high value this hotel offered. Can you believe a client is saying cheap but the facility is a 4 star or better. Excelent job Melia.

Excellent clean rooms and lovely staff. Breakfasts were outstanding with almost every conceivable choice of food and all beautifully presented. The rooms were quiet well equipped and the beds firm and very comfortable in all - a rather lovely hotel.

An excellent t hotel in a great location. The staff could not be more helpful and the beds were very comfortable with the rooms well appointed. My only issue was the hotel wifi which was flaky at best but that might be because it did not like me using a VPN. The hotel restaurant is superb Nd the breakfasts had every possible item from aesh fruit salad to a full on Chinese stir fry. Again the staff were charming and considerate. What's not to like. I would happily stay with them again.

Beautiful new and clean, I’d forgotten a bag in the room and they notified me during my check out - saved me from having to return. Quiet and peaceful place to stay. I really like how the staff didn’t hover- that being said when you needed something- few people around to ask. Gorgeous fire pit on the balcony.

Staff don’t really know what is going on. We stayed on the level and was told to check in there, had to ask the front desk how to go, they didn’t mention I’d have to come right back down as the only facial scanner was in the lobby. I told the level receptionist I was there to check in (in Chinese) and she looked at me like I had 2 heads- so I said in English... didn’t help. I had a late check out but the card stopped working, and the level sent me to lobby- just a lot of unnecessary running around. Also, would be great if they could list the kinds of food served- staff unaware and few special diets/vegetarian options.

Shuttle bus to the Shanghai show and coming back too:) There are many choices for breakfast even for European:)

I don't like booking don't show the final price..There was 570 RMB per night reserved in advance half year but finally we met 700RMB when charged our credit card. There are many extras added...10% service ect..... I hate the warranty deposit charge since room cost 80EUR - 100 EUR but in the fact we have to give depisit 2 times room chage so 160-200EUR per night per room. The people who have only limited money should know this in advance...The deposit is given back when check out but you have to have it, otherwise can't get the room:(

New hotel, comfortable room with balcony and very good amenities. I felt very compartable, the hotel is not too big so no long walks. Breakfast is a pleasure of senses, gym and wellness area are a big plus. Certainly will repeat.

Staff is truly helpful, English is not much spoken though. Not only at Meliá but in general, communication is a problem all over China.

Very comfortable rooms and lovely welcome details. Good ambience in general and a nice mix of Spanish Melia with the oriental touch. Excellent wellness facilities and impeccably clean everywhere.

The English knowledge of the staff can be improved.

The hotel is new, open in 2017, great concierge service, pool and gymnasium! There is a restaurant street just next to the hotel, very convenient for lunch or dinner.

The room could be more spacious and what was bad is that there is no glass window to separate the bathroom from the room, only a curtain. Not the best for the sounds...

the staff was great, very helpful and friendly. from front desk, gym room, all the way to each waiter and waitress super friendly, willing to help and polite....... it was a joyful stay. absolutely ...

Very comfortable stay, ideal for a business traveller who needs excellent privacy and no noise. Every thing was perfect.

Very clean and comfortable and beautiful hotel, definitely would recommend it. Good for couples and families. A little far away from the city but close to the hongqiao airport. Very nice!
