Nearly everything. First and foremost, it is a convention and meetings hotel, and as such, caters to large groups. As a result, the single guest gets relegated to the back of the line in terms of service. Our problems included: Our safe was not working when we checked in. The air conditioner kept the temperature at a humid 78 degrees. The internet connection did not work. The only concierge worked limited hours. The breakfast that we were promised on our reservation was not provided. The floor of the rooms was filthy. We left one day early because our experience was so poor. We negotiated our way out of the hotel at a reduced price due to all our problems. Also, as an aside, it is a 40 minute walk to the downtown area and any sites.
