This location was far from the touristy things to do. It is however right across the street from the train station so walk! The breakfast was excellent it would be a great space for a convention. The pool is very nice but the gym is just ok.
The gym could be better. One treadmill is broken. There is no way to start the fan. No way to control the music.
Ayre - purple Oasis within a block of the Train
The Ayre has a mauve and purple theme which is pleasant set in a delightful modern decor. There is a pool, though a bit small and a buffet (which I did not have) for breakfast (for a fee), For a short night in Seville it was so convenient to be able to walk to the Train station, with luggage in tow. I asked for a quieter room as there were many on my floor and they immediately moved me. They have toiletries and more than I needed.
I wish it had been 10 euros less, but in end I would stay again if I needed to take the train.

Lobby looks great and the people were very friendly.
My only "problem" was that the room was a bit outdated.
Closest hotel to Sevilla train station
The hotel is literally right outside the gate of the train station. It was perfect for us since we were trying to get in and out of the train station as quickly as possible. It is perfect for business travelers or someone passing through quickly. The outside and lobby are very modern, but the rooms are dated but clean. Though their gym had equipment from the 1970s it was nice I have something to workout on.
Not much to complain about.
