    Room service was good. Breakfast buffet was very good. One staff member was able to discuss concerns I had with me in English.

    Restaurants seemed awfully expensive. _Only_ one staff member was able to discuss concerns I had in English. There was no concierge desk; no one to help me with train tickets. I would only recommend this hotel to very experienced travelers.

    It is acomplete hotel which offers all services at a high level, good staff, excellent food and room service. An all around hotel that gets strong marks for just about everything.

    With this economic downturn, front curb staff, doorman, porter etc. seem to be lacking.

    the room was quite noisy. I think that the price was a bit too high related to the service (more than EUR200/night without breakfast). furthermore the furniture in the room was pretty old.
