The restaurant, good meals in the evening, fair prices.The pool and sauna are nice, mini bar with 2 water, 1 beer, 1 cola per day is nice. Close to bus, direct to city center.
Sauna was mixed, Hotel Bridge Inn and Elb-Residence are cheaper, and in the same building with the same services/facilities. Breakfast is cheaper ordered roomservice, and a bit overpriced.

Please be advised that due to general rulings, there can be short term changes to services of the hotel. This currently affects the pool, sauna and fitness area. Due to strict regulations, this area has to stay closed temporary. We will inform you during your stay about our current opening hours of our Restaurant “Elbgarten” and our Pub “Windfang”. If you have any questions, we are happy to help via phone: +49 40 7884 0 Welcome at Holiday Inn Hamburg – Your Harbour-front hotel by the banks of the river Elbe. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Neue Elbbrücken bridge, which leads you directly to the motorways A1 and A7. City centre can be easily accessed by a short car-drive of ten minutes or via public transport. The nearest bus stop “Billhorner Muehlenweg” is only 200 metres from the hotel. This bus stop offers services to the main train station and the “Rathausmarkt”. The buses run regularly and take about 15 minutes to get you into town. From there you have the possibility to reach all major sights of Hamburg, including the famous concert hall “Elbphilharmonie” and the historic warehouse district “Speicherstadt”. Business guests can host up to 180 people in our 17 event rooms.
