The design of the hotel was good, rooms were great and had wonderful views and we had one of the best schnitzels ever in the bar when we arrived late on Friday night (service was excellent as well).

The location is great, located very close to city center and to the Elbe with a very nice view. We asked for a room in a higher floor and it has been accomplished. Hotel bar on the top floor with a great view to Elbe and harbour.

My room was a corner room, so I was surrounded by huge glass windows which were a threat to privacy! Also, perhaps because of the size of the windows, the room tended to be cooler than I would have wished
